Marla threw me a lovely baby shower at her home on September 11. Mindy hand made the "passport" invitations and helped Marla with the set up on the day of the shower. Marla made special decorations for the travel themed party including crane oragamis and cooked a delicious variety of international appetizers, main dishes and desserts including my favorite fresh fruit parfait. Guests wrote their parenting advice on the back of postcards for me to keep and refer to after our Madeline arrives. We gabbed, played games and ate too much good food. When leaving each guest received a party favor with an attached luggage tag commemorating the event. You can check out more pictures posted by Marla on my facebook page.
